Are you planning on a trip overseas? Schedule an appointment with one of our clinical pharmacists (located in Snohomish County near Marysville, Wa) to receive all required vaccinations and personalized trip consultation:

  • Dedicated Tulalip Clinical Pharmacy Travel Clinic consultants are committed to answer all your health-related questions and will not rush you through your appointment.

When multiple immunizations are indicated, the traveler, in most cases, may receive all vaccines at the visit. It is recommended that the initial travel visit be scheduled using our online scheduling system at least 4-6 weeks before departure and that at least 60 minutes be allotted for this visit. Please allow additional time if more than one individual is to be seen, if children are traveling, or if the traveler has special health care needs. Information to bring to your appointment includes: Travel itinerary, immunization records, current medication and dosages.

Travel office visit fee: $60 per person. Call for special rate for 3 or more persons. No additional fee for follow-up visit(s).
Immunizations: $15–$250 per vaccine if insurance does not cover. We will always attempt to bill your insurance first.

We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. It is recommended that you confirm before your visit whether your insurance company will reimburse you for travel services or prescriptions provided at the Tulalip Clinical Pharmacy.

Step 1: Schedule an appointment (60 minutes) at least 4-6 weeks before departure.

Weekdays 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturdays 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Step 2: Fill out the Travel Clinic Screen Form its a pdf, print and fax to 360-716-3660 at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Step 3: Pay for the Travel Office Visit Fee to secure your appointment. You will receive an appointment confirmation email once you finish the payment process. Payment for the Visit Fee must be received at least 48 hours before your appointment or your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Your payment for the visit will only be refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. No additional visit fee will be charged if any follow-up visit is required.
